Cindy_Photo_1.JPGCindy – I am a military “brat”; born and raised in Mtn. View, California.  From my parents, I have learned that life runs more smoothly with order and organization.  Working in an environment that both helps people and gives me the chance to meet all types of personalities at the same time is one of my favorite parts of being a part of Dr. Coronel’s Team.

As a child, I had originally wanted to become a Nurse.  The knowledge and wonders of working in the medical field always sparked my attention.  During school, I would volunteer at MD offices as filing help, just to be in the environment.  After high school, I applied for the waiting list of a Nursing Program but later found out that the wait is over 2 years long.  I didn’t want to wait.  I started Medical Assisting School and graduated.  I worked as a Medical Assistant in 2 offices over the span of 5 years.  During those 5 years, I tried the OB/GYN and Internal Medicine specialties.  I also volunteered as part of the first aid team at the martial arts studio where my brother trained until he reached his Fourth Degree Black Belt.  Wanting to try somewhere new, I went looking for another specialty. After experiencing a car accident and having 2 children, I became a believer of Chiropractic.  After my treatment was over, my treating chiropractor offered me some part-time work to help him out at the office.  Eventually, I was hired on and stayed with his office for 5 years.

During some down time I was inspired by my close friends and family to share my love of baking with everyone.  CinDyLites – Sinfully Sweet Desserts became my therapy for our economic depression.  To this day, baking is my stress relief and second love – next to my family.

I married my High School crush nine years ago and now have 3 great sons and a beautiful daughter.

Georgia_Photo_1.JPGGeorgia – When I was fifteen my Mom told me I should become a physical and massage therapist.  I was skeptical, but I trusted my Mom.  As they say, “Mother knows best”.  I went to physical therapy school for four years in The Czech Republic and knew immediately that I loved working with people.  After finishing physical therapy school, I worked for three years in a hospital where I specialize in patient rehabilitation after hip, knee and back surgeries.  I quickly realized I loved my job and found my calling!  Helping patients get back to their normal standard of life is very rewarding.  The best part of my job is to help people feel better and live a pain free life.

Fifteen years ago, I moved to the United States and worked as a Nanny, studied English and attended Community College.  After two years of living in the Fremont area, I met my husband Greg.  We have been happily married for 9 years and have two wonderful children.  Since moving to the Bay Area, I received a Massage Therapy Certificate from the Body Therapy Center of Palo Alto.  I learned new techniques through the Body Therapy Center, which have combined with my Physical Therapy background.  In my massage sessions, I use this unique combination to create a series of key massage strokes to reach therapeutic effects on both the mental and physical wellbeing of my patients.

For the last eight years I have been working for Dr. Guy Doran at Woodside Chiropractic on the Peninsula.  I have worked with various Doctors of Chiropractic and I have learned a lot from Dr. Doran and the other practitioners.  My family and I have been receiving chiropractic adjustments for the last eight years.

I’m so excited to work with Dr. Melanie and can’t wait to work with all her patients.  I look forward to meeting you soon.

Bob_Photo_1.JPGBob – I am a highly motivated and dedicated Massage Professional providing customized massages for clients of all ages and professions.  I am very proficient in Deep Tissue, Swedish, Shiatsu, Sports, Active Release, Trigger Point, and Myofacial Release.  I use a combination of modalities and techniques performing in an individualized experience for each and every session.

Every session is specifically tailored to your stress, pain and therapeutic expectations.  Sessions are designed to provide the greatest of utmost quality using the finest Deep Tissue lotion, Swedish oils, ultra-invigorating essential oils and tranquil music.

My passion for massage started when I was very young, massaging my parents and siblings. In high school, I would frequently find myself massaging my friends and classmate’s necks and shoulders and that would continue well into College as well.  After receiving a B.S. Degree in Business Marketing from San Jose State University, I enrolled into the National Holistic Institute College of Massage Therapy.  There, I received my Degree as a Massage Professional and Health Educator.

Whether I am performing a focused and professional chair or table massage, I always strive for satisfaction above and beyond client expectations.  I am constantly re-inventing my technique, style, and skills in this massage journey of mine; my true calling in life.
